On May 23, VR Holding hosted the official pre-launch presentation of the “VR Vake Sky Tower – Fashion Avenue” project at the Paragraph Freedom Square Hotel in Tbilisi. The event was attended by real estate industry representatives, leading brokers, and investors, with nearly 300 invited guests in attendance.

VR Vake Sky Tower – Fashion Avenue will be the tallest mixed-use skyscraper in Georgia, reaching a height of 260 meters across 70 floors. The development will feature premium residences, Fashion Avenue-inspired retail and shared spaces, a Class A business center, Michelin-level dining experiences, premium lifestyle infrastructure, and the highest Infinity Pool in the region.
One of the event’s most significant announcements was the official launch of a strategic partnership between VR Holding and UFC World Champion Ilia Topuria. Under the signed agreement, Ilia Topuria has become the official brand ambassador for all VR Holding projects.
